Failure to do so will imply acceptance of the goods as received, inspected, and satisfactory in every aspect. Please be aware that slight misalignment of some pieces on each sheet is inherent to this product, and claims based on this reason will not be honored once the goods are installed.
Custom or special orders for non-stocked products are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Deposits or payments made for such orders are non-refundable. Due to the weight of the marbles, they may shift from the back support mesh during handling but can be securely installed using adhesive.
